The barn sits across the courtyard from the house, forming the other side of the "U." The exposed stonework, loft and vaulted, beamed ceilings in this building are beautiful. Everyone who sees the barn has grand ideas for it. For now, we've taken advantage of this huge space to create a half-basketball court. The barn also houses a multi-purpose game table and bikes available for your use.
Caves
Any self-respecting Frenchman would rather show you his cave than anything else on his property. These centuries-old caverns are where today's precious wine is kept at the perfect temperature. The empty bottles collecting dust in our three caves attest to the fine palate of the moulin's former owners. We do our best to clean and refill them with local varieties every time we visit. Our grand cave (the one with the really big key) has been transformed into a children's theatre with the aid of a chisel and discarded curtains and rods from the main house.
