Moulin de Malicorne

Three buildings arranged in a "U" shape form a courtyard at the end of our tree-lined driveway. The main house is two stories with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilet rooms (WCs).

The first floor has a large dining/living room with exposed beams and a stone fireplace, a kitchen (electric and gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and clothing washer/dryer) a WC and a den/bar. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large master bedroom with stairs leading up to the master bathroom. The master bedroom features a beautiful antique queen bed, desk and sitting area.

There are two other bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles. A second bathroom features a shower and sink. There is also a WC off the main hall. All the rooms have beautiful views of the gardens, pool and/or the flower-filled courtyard.
