The second, smaller house built against the rock cliff is called the "Maison d'Ami." It has two cozy rooms with exposed beam ceilings. The first room has a sofa, table and chairs, and a small kitchen area sans stove. The second room has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Near the entrance to the maison d'ami is a charming wine cave carved out of the rock. Opposite the entrance, a workroom and an old stable adjoin the barn.
